• Bring eine Begleitperson bitte nur nach ausdrücklicher Absprache mit. Gleiches gilt für Tiere. In Hannover heiße ich deine tierische Begleitung nach Absprache gern willkommen. In Groß Elbe können leider keine Hunde mitgebracht werden, da dort schon zwei wohnen, die keine Gesellschaft möchten.
  
• Verzichte an unserem Termin bitte auf stark riechendes Deo/Parfüm etc, ich reagiere leider sehr sensibel auf Gerüche und bekomme von zu starken Düften leicht Kopfschmerzen.
• Wasch deine Haare/Dreads vor unserem Termin mit Silikonfreiem Shampoo und komm mit trockenen Haaren/Dreads zu mir, verzichte bitte außerdem auf jegliche Öle, Sprays, Pflegeprodukte oder ähnliches. Wenn deine Haare/Dreads/Ansätze nass oder fettig sind kann ich nicht damit arbeiten und muss dich wieder nach Hause schicken. 
• Du kannst bei mir Bar oder mit Karte zahlen. Möglich sind GooglePay, ApplePay, Visa- und normale Debitkarten. Das zahlen mit Kreditkarte ist nicht möglich. Für Kartenzahlung muss ich eine Gebühr von 5€ berechnen.
• Komm bitte nur zu mir wenn du fit und gesund bist. Wenn du krank bist, muss ich dich wieder nach Hause schicken.
• Wenn du eine Allergie gegen Tierhaare hast, teile mir dies unbedingt mit. In Hannover kann ich für ein relativ harrfreies Zimmer sorgen. In Groß Elbe wohnen zwei Hunde und mehrere Katzen, diese werden zwar nicht bei unserem Termin dabei sein, sind aber sonst gern mit in meinem Studio und  dementsprechend sind dort auch nach Reinigung des Zimmers immer noch ein paar ihrer Haare, außerdem sind der Flur und das Bad jederzeit für alle zugänglich, also nicht Allergiker freundlich. 
• Solltest du deinen Termin nicht wahrnehmen können, teile mir dies bitte so früh wie möglich mit. Solltest du später als 48 Stunden vor deinem Termin absagen, muss ich deine Anzahlung einbehalten.
• Ich werde Fotos/Videos von deinen Haaren/Dreads aufnehmen, zum einen als Sicherheit für mich um nachweisen zu können wie diese vor und nach dem Termin ausgesehen haben, als auch für mein Social Media. Dein Gesicht wird nicht zu sehen sein. Wenn du auf meinem Social Media nicht erwähnt werden möchtest, kannst du mich dies gern wissen lassen.

• Please bring a companion only after prior agreement. The same applies to animals. In Hannover, I gladly welcome your furry companion by prior arrangement. Unfortunately, dogs cannot be brought to Groß Elbe, as there are already two living there who do not want company.
• Please refrain from using strongly scented deodorant/perfume, etc., as I am very sensitive to smells and can easily get headaches from strong fragrances.
• Wash your hair/dreads with silicone-free shampoo before our appointment and come to me with dry hair/dreads; please also avoid any oils, sprays, haircare products, or similar. If your hair/dreads/roots are wet or greasy, I cannot work with them and have to send you home.
• Please bring cash to your appointment. I currently cannot offer card payment, and I do not accept PayPal or similar.
• Please come to me only if you are fit and healthy. If you are sick, I have to send you home.
• If you have an allergy to animal hair, please let me know. In Hannover, I can provide a relatively hair-free room. In Groß Elbe, there are two dogs and cats; they will not be present during our appointment, but they often like to be in my studio, so there will still be some of their hair in the room even after cleaning. Additionally, the hallway and bathroom are accessible to everyone at all times, so they are not allergy-friendly.
• If you cannot attend your appointment, please let me know as early as possible. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, I will have to retain your deposit.
• I will take photos/videos of your hair/dreads, both as security for me to prove how they looked before and after the appointment, as well as for my social media. Your face will not be visible. If you do not wish to be mentioned on my social media, please feel free to let me know.
